Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

Because our products are 3D printed, minor variations in colour, surface finish, layer lines and appearance can occur as part of the manufacturing process. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product dimensions and other information provided on our website are intended to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

Where a product is sold as a toy, please follow the age guidance and safety information supplied with the product and shown on the relevant product page.

Products identified as display models are sold as models and are not intended for use as toys.

Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your delivery address, is accurate.

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2 working days, although this may occasionally take longer during particularly busy periods, product launches or live-sale events.

Local Collection

Customers local to Frome may use the code FROME at checkout where offered to remove the applicable delivery charge and collect their order from us.

By using this code, you are confirming that the order will be collected from us in Frome and will not be posted.

We will contact you when your order is ready and provide the necessary collection information.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible standard products.

Products made specifically to your requirements or personalised for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact Smart3DPrints1@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Where possible, please include your order number and photographs showing the problem so we can investigate and resolve it.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
