UK Delivery
Smart3DPrints is a small family-run business based in Somerset, UK. Our products are 3D printed and carefully packed by us before dispatch.
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2 working days. During particularly busy periods, new product launches or live-sale events, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the delivery service used and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Local Collection – Frome
Customers local to Frome can choose to collect their order from us and avoid postage costs.
To use local collection, enter discount code FROME at checkout. This will remove the applicable delivery charge.
By using the FROME code, you are confirming that you will collect your order from us in Frome. Your order will not be posted.
We will contact you by email when your order is ready and provide the collection details. Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at Smart3DPrints1@gmail.com.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at Smart3DPrints1@gmail.com and we will help investigate the delivery.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and damaged product so that we can help resolve the issue.
